To take on-road driving lessons, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the required and valid licence to drive under the tuition of an instructor.

 

You must pay for each lesson on the day it is delivered, unless you have paid in advance. There are no credit facilities available.

 

You must give your instructor at least 48hrs notice of cancellation of a lesson, otherwise the full lesson fee is payable.

 

If the instructor has to cancel a lesson for any reason, he will endeavour to give at least 48hrs notice. If for any reason a lesson is cancelled by the instructor, liability is limited to re-scheduling of the lesson.

 

Any action, e.g. Cancellation of a test, by the DSA is beyond the control of the instructor and there can be no liability placed on the instructor.

 

The instructor reserves the right to withdraw use of the tuition vehicle, should he consider you are either unfit to drive or not ready for test.

 

Any pick up or drop off points must be agreed by the instructor.

 

Discounts offered are at the discretion of the instructor and can be withdrawn at any time.

 

Should your behaviour be unacceptable, the instructor reserves the right to withdraw tuition, without liability.
